Our 2019 House Manager of the Quarter goes to Leslie Allison! She has been a House Manager at Heartland since 2013 and prides herself on her organization and the overall care of her individuals in her whom are medically fragile! Leslie is a very strong manager and works hard to ensure all of Heartland’s Policies and Procedures are followed to ensure our Mission, Vision and Values are sought for each day! She is a great House Manager and member of the Leadership Team at Heartland!
