Jessica has been a PRN, DCS, House Manager and throughout it all she has always ensured she has put the individuals first! She has worked in almost all of the homes and is always willing to jump in and help! She was nominated for this honor because she is works through using our Values of Excellence, Self-Determination, Meaningful Day and Building Relationships! She ensures there are birthday celebrations for the individuals, makes things they want to do happen, and overall goes that extra mile when no one asks her or expects her to! She ensures she is providing excellent supports daily!
