16 Year Veteran Employee Speaks as Advocate and Guardian to State Legislators

This is CeCe Roe speaking to Missouri Legislators about the staffing crisis in Missouri at the 2018 Legislative Coffee Event. Cece was speaking as a family member of an individual with I/DD and as a 16 year employee of Heartland Residential Care. Cece was advocating for legislators to approve funding as that providers may pay hard working employees a livable wage.
