In July of 2018 Department of Mental Health Licensure and Certification Team came for a few days to review all of our homes, employee files, agency forms/documentation, etc. and typically if there are items to improve upon you would received Recommendations requiring a plan or action or if things were NOT Great then you would get a DEFICIENCY! No one wants any of those! We passed with flying colors and could not be more proud of the compliments they provided us with at the end of it, such as:
“Your managers and staff spread joy and show your individuals truly mean something to them!”
“You have consistent and across the board uniform systems being used at all of your sites.”
“We met with several employees and especially the individuals that were proud to give tours of their homes and proud to show where they lived. The staff showed compassion and were also honest.”
“All of the homes are kept clean and orderly! You can see each of the individuals throughout their homes as well!”
“You can see there is choice and there are options provided daily to the individuals you support!”
WE ARE SO PROUD OF ALL OF OUR EMPLOYEES BECAUSE WITHOUT THEM THOSE GLOWING REVIEWS COULD AND WOULD NOT BE POSSIBLE!!!
